Star was bred by Sam Mielbrecht from Highland Ranch. He is out of a favorite doe of mine who now resides at Ocean Bluff Farm, GCH Almar Acres Idaho Girl. The lovely general appearance of Idaho is what I am incorporating into my herd with Star. He is showing me strong toplines and smoother, tighter shoulders in his kids.

In his first show ever Star earned Grand Champion and Best Buck In Show under Joseph Lason at the 2025 Udder Spectacular.

 

In his second show at Barn in the USA 2025, Rising Star was again at the top of the line up winning all of his classes under each of the three judges and being awarded with Reserve Champion under Dr. Paula Reisdorff, DVM and a Reserve Champion under Morgan Allen. This was one of the largest buck shows we have ever been too. There were 35 Nigerian Dwarf bucks entered in this show!
